"The best thing about having a sister is that no matter what goes on in life I will always have a best friend!" ~ Robin
These two beautiful young women wanted their photographs captured on the family farm on Old Summit Lake Road. And what a great setting for a crisp fall day! With a menagerie of dogs accompanying us we wandered the fields and climbed on hay bales and an old Chevy truck. Well, the girls did. I was behind the camera!
Robin is a mother of two adorable little girls and Meagan is expecting her first child very soon. Both have a love of family and the outdoors, and of course animals! I lost count of dogs and horses, and when we were wrapping it up and Robin's little girls came outside, more dogs came with them! So much fun!
Although the weather was a bit chilly, the sun was out, making for a great fall photo session. The complementary colours of blues and oranges are probably my favourite combination, and these girls were dressed warm for their session. The short video below captures the love and laughter of these beauties and a few horses too!
I want to celebrate sisterhood by creating a beautiful coffee table book of gorgeous photos of wonderful sisters! It will be of sisters and their stories. From young to ageless, it doesn't matter.
To submit for consideration to be part of this project, please click on the form button, fill in a few details, answer a few questions, and I will be in touch! If you and your sister are selected to participate, there will be a $50 non-refundable fee to hold your spot, and this will become a print credit towards product purchases from the session.
Once the book is finished, let's all get together and have a party! So who wants to be photographed by me and become part of my book? All you need is a willing sister (she has to be your sister!) and a day to play with me. I'm looking forward to meeting you both!
