Terms and Conditions
Your appointment with TERRILL BODNER PHOTOGRAPHY is booked once a time is selected and payment is made. An email is sent confirming this. A $125 Session fee is charged for Headshot sessions, and payment is due in full for your digital files upon placing your order at your session. TERRILL BODNER PHOTOGRAPHY cannot accept partial payments.
We will reschedule once if difficulty arises. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the photo session if you must reschedule. For outdoor sessions, if the weather isn't agreeable on the day of the session, we will gladly reschedule to another day.
Digital images are selected at time of session or through an online gallery (whatever your preference) and the fully enhanced digital images will be available approximately 3 - 5 days after your photo session.
If prints are ordered, images from your order will be kept on file for 1 year for further additional reprints at a later date. There is a $75 minimum for re-orders.
All images are to be inspected by you at delivery and your signature is required stating they meet your approval. After this, all sales are final. There are no returns on prints or storyboards or albums; no exceptions.
Please note: Proofs do not come with session, nor leave the studio without purchase (no loaning). No exceptions.
Pricing:
We offer three different packages so you can choose the best fit for you.
LET’S HAVE LUNCH is a 90 minute in-studio and/or outdoor session with unlimited wardrobe looks, 4 retouched images $249
TAKE A BREAK is a 60 minute in-studio session with two wardrobe looks, 2 digital files $199
GOT A MINUTE is a 30 minute in-studio session with one wardrobe look, 1 digital file $149
Online proofing gallery available with every session
GROUP RATES: Please call or email for group pricing (individual photos of five or more subjects)
There is a $125 non-refundable session fee required to book your spot.
A word about Copyright:
The Canadian Copyright Act protects copyright. It is unlawful to copy or scan any images without permission of the photographer. Even though the pictures may be of you or your child, the photographer still owns the copyright to the image.
In order to control the quality of the work produced, the photographer is the only one who can crop, modify, order any image produced at this photo session.
The photographer retains the copyright and ownership of all images of the photo session and reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, self-promotion, photo contests, etc.
Clients are not allowed to reproduce any images produced by the photographer for any purpose without written permission.
